City of Vaughan has just issued a "Notice of a Public Hearing" for a Committee of the Whole meeting on Janauary 22, 2019, at 7:00 PM, at Vaughan City Hall, Council Chamber, 2141 Major Mackenzie Drive.

This is to deal with the proposal for the redevelopment of the Promenade Mall, which was reviewed with the public by the developer at a meeting at the old Sears Store at The Promenade on Monday, December 10, 2018

Please contact the Centre Bathurst Committee through
the Brownridge Ratepayers Association in order to co-ordinate deputations and to make sure each 5 minute segment reinforces and does not repeat what was already said.

It took the upcoming January 2019 loss of GO Bus service to the heart of the York University campus to finally light a fire under the students, faculty and staff.

What was done during the election

Gino Rosatti and I held a joint press conference at York University on September 26, 2018, calling for the return of YRT service to the York University campus.

This was after York Region Council passed a resolution on September 20, 2018 which called on the YRT to rescind the 2009 agreement which lead to YRT buses being taken off campus in September 2018.
